      How to get access to the Zetaris Portal?

      Zetaris has now launched the Zetaris Portal for its Customers, Partners and internal employees.

      The Zetaris Portal is a one stop shop for all key information about Zetaris – from product, to sales support and industry case studies, we continue to build out our resource ecosystem for the benefit of our Zetarian community.

      To qualify for access to the Zetaris Portal, you must work for:

      • An organisation with an in place Partnering agreement with Zetaris
      • An organisation that has purchased the Zetaris Software
      • The Zetaris organisation

      If you meet the above criteria, that means your organisation has been onboarded to the Zetaris Portal, so all you need to do is self-register.

       

      Zetaris Partner Portal Self-Registration Process

      1. To self-register please navigate to our Zetaris Portal.

        Note if you are a Zetaris Partner you can also access the Zetaris Portal through the Zetaris website by going to Partners>Partner Portal, see below:  

      2. On the log in page, select request an account and you will be redirected to the create your account page.

      3. Enter your company email address then select .
        Note: Zetaris uses your domain name to authenticate that your organisation qualifies for access to the Zetaris Portal. Personal email addresses will not be granted access to the Partner Portal.
      4. Please fill out the following form below with your details using your company email address to sign up with then select register.

      5. Once submitted, you should see the following message to "Check your email and click the activation URL to get started".

      6. The following verification email should be sent your company email address from Portal@zetaris.com to activate the account. Click the link: Click Here to verify your email.

        1. Note: Please ensure to check your 'Junk Mail/Spam' folder as the email may be incorrectly marked as spam.

      7. Once you activate your account by using the activation URL, you will now be able to log into the Zetaris Portal with your registered credentials.

      8. Welcome to the world of the Network Data Platform and enhanced access to key information and features as a result of being a Zetaris Customer, Partner or Employee.
